Fashion Photo Retouching Needed

I have an ongoing stream of fashion-item images that need to look clean and uniform across our catalogue. For every file I will supply the original shot; your task is to remove the existing background completely, replace it with a fully transparent layer, and then add a subtle, realistic natural shadow so the product appears grounded without looking artificial.

Consistency is everything here—colour, edge sharpness and shadow angle must match from photo to photo—so I’m looking for someone who can follow a simple visual style guide and turn around batches quickly. Final deliverables should be high-resolution PNGs with transparency preserved, plus the layered PSDs so we can adjust if necessary.
