Fashion E-Commerce & Wholesale PWA

I distribute several premium clothing brands and now need a single platform that sells to two groups—regular online shoppers and my network of approved wholesale retailers. The project covers three tightly connected areas:

• Public retail store: shoppers must be able to browse by brand, colour and size, add items to a cart, pay securely with cards and digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay), and track delivery from dispatch to doorstep on any desktop browser, iPhone or Android device.
• Wholesale portal: only logged-in, pre-approved retailers see wholesale pricing, view upcoming collections, and place bulk orders or pre-orders. Each retailer needs a clean order history section.
• Admin dashboard: I and my team must control every data point—brands, SKUs, images, retail vs. wholesale pricing, separate stock levels, customers, agents, orders, invoices and basic analytics.

Key requirements
– Build as an installable Progressive Web App first; native wrappers later can be discussed.
– Separate inventory pools for retail and wholesale so consumer orders never eat into reserved wholesale stock.
– One codebase responsive to desktop, tablet and mobile with a premium, minimalist look.
– PCI-compliant checkout, SSL throughout, automatic tax and shipping calculations, email/SMS notifications, and PDF invoice generation.
– Full source-code ownership and unrestricted administrator access on hand-over.
