I need help turning the loose information I have on our line of commercial-grade electronic fans into a clean, easy-to-update master file. Everything must end up in a single Word document laid out as one well-structured table so I can scroll, filter, or copy blocks of rows whenever our catalogue changes.
Here’s what each row of the table must contain:
• Product name, model number, price
• Technical details (power rating, blade size, airflow, etc.)
• Current stock quantity and supplier name
• Embedded product photo
I will forward the raw specs, price lists, and images; you simply transpose them accurately, double-check for typos, and make sure every cell lines up. Consistent units, neat column widths, and clear image sizing are important to me because I rely on this file for re-ordering and quick client quotes.
Deliverable: the finished Word (.docx) file with all products entered and formatted as described. If you prefer to do preliminary work in Excel, that’s fine—just be sure the final hand-off is the Word table.
Thanks.
