Family Photo Editing

I'm looking for a skilled photo editor to adjust the lighting and colors of a family photo. The goal is to achieve a natural and realistic tone.

Requirements:
- Adjust the background to have a subtle blur so the people stand out more.
- Slightly warm up the overall color balance
- crop the photo so the patchy grass doesn't show so much. Needs to still be 3x4 scale. No closer than waist up though on the people

Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in photo editing software (e.g., Photoshop, Lightroom)
- Experience with color correction and tonal adjustments
- Attention to detail and a good eye for natural-looking edits
