I have between four and six formal family shots that need to be turned into one cohesive set. In some frames a relative is missing, in others someone’s expression is perfect but their position is wrong, so I need faces and full figures moved around, added, or removed until every person appears exactly where they should be.

Once the people are in place, I’d like the backgrounds replaced with a consistent, polished setting that feels studio-quality yet still natural for a family portrait. Please blend tones, lighting, and shadows so nothing looks cut-and-paste—skin tones in particular must match across all edits.

Deliverables
• 4–6 high-resolution, print-ready JPEGs (300 dpi)
• Layered PSD files so future tweaks are possible

I work in standard Adobe formats, so Photoshop is ideal, but any tool that achieves seamless results is fine. The finished images will be printed for framing and also shared digitally, so they have to stand up to both close inspection and large formats.

If you have a quick turnaround time and a portfolio showing realistic compositing—especially face swaps and background replacement—I’d love to see it.
