Family Member Location Investigation

I need a researcher/ investigator or experienced skip-tracer to determine the current physical location of a close family member last living in France/ England. You will need to determine whether they are still alive or deceased. This person is NOT to be contacted or made aware of this research. This job is available online so can be done remotely from any location.

Scope of work
. Provide information whether the individual is alive or deceased, if deceased provide a death certificate if possible.
• Provide location such as residential address (or most recent verifiable place of stay) of the individual
• Supply corroborating proof such as dated database pulls, public-records extracts, or photos
. Supply social media account and photograph of the individual.
. Supply information on any other close family members

Helpful skill set
Open-source intelligence (OSINT), skip-tracing software like TLOxp / LexisNexis, public-records research, social-media mapping, and location.

Acceptance criteria
1. Clear, unambiguous address or geolocation.
2. At least two independent sources validating the address.
3. Written summary of steps taken
4. Find other relevant information stated in scope of work
