Family Governance Pyramid Illustration

I'm looking for a realistic illustration of the building blocks of effective family governance in a geometric pyramid structure.

Requirements:
- The capstone of the pyramid is "Communication".
- The corners of the foundation are: Trust, IPS, Letter of Wishes, and Philanthropy (shared with Family Meetings).
- 6 types of building blocks representing different types of capital.
- A dozen or more values, with 5 being common shared values represented through a Venn Diagram exercise tied to the Philanthropy section.

Visual Representation:
- Combine icons and text to depict the elements.
- The model should be designed to be assembled piece by piece to form the pyramid as I explain the process. The base should extend beyond the corners of the pyramid so the labels Trust, IPS, Letter of Wishes, and Philanthropy (shared with Family Meetings) are visible as I build the pyramid.
