I am looking for an empathetic, articulate freelance communicator based anywhere in India to assist with a sensitive personal outreach initiative.
You will be responsible for contacting a curated list of 25 to 30 relatives by phone and messaging to raise funds and support for an ongoing legal battle and personal rehabilitation plan. Before you begin, I will brief you thoroughly on the background, provide an approved narrative, and establish strict boundaries on what details may be shared. Within those guidelines, you are expected to handle calls naturally, keeping the tone warm, respectful, and completely pressure-free. If a contact is unable or unwilling to contribute financially, you will gracefully pivot the conversation to explore non-financial assistance, practical advice, or guidance.
Candidates must be currently residing in India and must be fluent in both Hindi and English. Conversational proficiency in Gujarati is an added advantage, though not strictly required. Prior telecalling or liaison experience is welcome, but genuine empathy, high discretion, and clear communication skills are what matter most.
A core requirement for this role is compliance and documentation: all interactions—including every phone call, text, and chat message—must be fully recorded and preserved. Alongside the saved recordings and message logs, you will maintain a clear record noting the outcome of each conversation, any pledges or offers of help, reasons provided for declining, and your brief reflections.
Payment is entirely incentive-based, tied directly to the funds raised. To ensure you incur zero out-of-pocket expenses while ramping up, your mobile recharge will be covered for the first three months.
