Factory Scaffolding Design Blueprint

I’m preparing a new industrial-scale construction project for a factory building and need a full scaffolding design package. The brief covers the entire temporary works solution—from concept drawings through to detailed erection and dismantling instructions—tailored to the factory’s footprint, roof height, and expected live loads.

What I will supply:
• Architectural and structural PDFs/CAD files of the building shell
• Site photos and basic load data
• Any in-house safety standards you need to align with

What I need back:
• General arrangement and elevation drawings in AutoCAD (DWG) or similar
• Component lists with load class calculations, tie-in points, and bay sizes
• 3-D visual or BIM overlay (Revit, Tekla, or compatible viewer) so the construction crew can see clash-free access routes
• Step-by-step erection and dismantle method statement compliant with local regulations
• A brief calculation report verifying stability under wind, live-load and impact scenarios

Acceptance criteria
• Drawings fit the provided factory footprint without clashes
• Calculations meet the local code for industrial scaffolding
• All files open error-free in AutoCAD 2020 or later
• Method statement is clear enough for a competent crew to follow without extra clarification
