I had created an Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) in fall 2024. It was into restaurant business. The LLP was active for 1 year only. The outlet (small restaurant) was closed and the firm is not active anymore.
The balance sheet of LLP has a loss. If anyone is interested in purchasing it I will happy to discuss the sale and related proceedings. The LLP has no liabilities and small assets.
