Facebook Outreach For Cleaner Marketplace

I run an online marketplace built specifically for independent cleaners and small cleaning companies, and now I’m ready to scale our membership inside Facebook. I already have a curated list of groups where cleaners regularly promote their services, plus a concise message sequence that has been converting well.

Here’s the workflow I need you to run each day:
• Join the groups on my list (I’ll share it in our first chat).
• When a cleaner posts about their business, send the first scripted message, follow with two quick replies, then drop the sign-up link.
• The next morning, circle back to everyone who received the link the previous day and send the ready-made follow-up.

I’d like everything logged in real time inside a shared Google Sheet—name, group, date contacted, and follow-up status—so I can monitor progress at a glance. Consistency is more important than speed; as long as every new cleaner is contacted and followed up on, we’re good.
