# Freelance Lead Generation Assistant – Facebook

## Job Description

I am looking for a reliable, detail-oriented freelancer to identify and collect potential rental clients through Facebook groups and other relevant Facebook communities.

My business manages furnished rental properties in Mérida, Yucatán, Mexico, and I am looking to connect with people actively searching for accommodations, particularly expats, digital nomads, remote workers, relocating professionals, and others seeking medium- or long-term rentals.

### Responsibilities
- Search Facebook housing, rental, expat, digital nomad, and relocation groups relevant to Mérida.
- Identify people posting that they are looking for housing or asking for rental recommendations.
- Collect publicly available information and links to relevant posts and profiles.
- Record each potential lead in a spreadsheet, including:
- Name or Facebook profile link
- Link to the original Facebook post
- Date of the post
- Requested location, rental duration, budget, and housing requirements, if provided
- Brief notes explaining why the person may be a good fit
- Prioritize recent, relevant leads from people actively looking for accommodations.
- Provide an organized report of qualified leads on an agreed schedule.

### Requirements
- Experience navigating Facebook groups and identifying genuine rental prospects.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry.
- Good written English; Spanish is a plus.
- Ability to distinguish genuine housing inquiries from unrelated posts, spam, and outdated requests.
- Respect for Facebook's rules, group policies, and people's privacy.

### Important Details
This is a lead research and data collection position only. **You will not contact prospects, send messages, post advertisements, or negotiate rentals.** I will personally review and contact the leads.

### Compensation
Please propose your rate per hour or per qualified lead. Include your estimated number of qualified leads you can deliver per week and any relevant experience.
