Facebook & Instagram Content Manager

I need ongoing help keeping our Facebook and Instagram feeds fresh, on-brand and engaging. The task is straightforward: plan, create and schedule a steady mix of promotional and educational posts that highlight what we do, spark conversation and encourage our audience to act.

You’ll look after everything from crafting captions and selecting visuals to publishing on a consistent rhythm, then follow up by replying to comments and basic inbox queries so the community feels heard. Performance tracking is important to me, so a brief monthly recap of reach, engagement and any notable wins will be expected as part of the routine.

Deliverables each month:
• A content calendar covering both platforms
• All post assets (copy, images or short clips) ready for upload
• Daily page monitoring with timely, friendly responses
• A concise performance snapshot highlighting what worked and where we can improve

If you already work comfortably with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva or similar schedulers, you’ll fit right in. I’m after clear communication and reliable execution more than anything else, and I’m happy to collaborate on creative ideas as we go.
