Facebook Instagram Contact Data Scraper

I need a repeatable way to pull public contact details—name, email address, and phone number—from both Facebook and Instagram. The first test case will be audiences like “Arabs in London” that appear on pages or events run by companies such as Live Nation, but the same process should work with any keyword, location, or page ID I supply later.

All scraped information will be used for marketing campaigns, so accuracy and up-to-date records matter more than sheer volume. I’m open to Python, Node, or a cloud-based workflow; the key is that it can bypass normal limits (proxies, rotating headers, captcha handling, etc.) while staying within Meta’s acceptable-use boundaries.

Deliverables
• A working scraper or automated workflow with full source code or tool access
• Simple input options for keyword, city, and/or page URL
• CSV or Excel output containing: Name, Email, Phone, and the source link
• A quick walkthrough or read-me that shows me how to run a live test (for example on Live Nation’s profiles plus one other page I choose) and regenerate the list whenever needed
