I am preparing to launch a community-health fundraising initiative and my top priority right now is visibility. I want a clear, results-oriented Facebook campaign that educates people about our cause, sparks conversation, and ultimately amplifies reach so that when the time comes to donate, the audience is already emotionally invested.

Here’s what I need from you:
• A concise campaign strategy tailored to Facebook, outlining target-audience personas, messaging angles, and creative themes.
• A 4-week content calendar with post copy, suggested visuals, and optimal scheduling times.
• Guidance on low-cost or organic growth tactics—leveraging Groups, Stories, and live sessions—to keep the budget light while still achieving strong impressions.
• Simple engagement metrics to track (likes, shares, comments, click-throughs) and a basic reporting template I can update weekly.

Optional ideas for later phases—such as tying in an email series or a small local event—are welcome, but the core deliverable is a Facebook-first awareness push. If you have experience running similar health or non-profit drives, that’s a plus. Let’s make sure people hear our message loud and clear.I’d love to help turn your Facebook presence into a consistent, recognizable brand-awareness engine. I understand that the focus is 100% on Facebook feed content, with an emphasis on strong visual identity, engaging copy, consistency, and posts that help attract new followers while keeping your existing audience connected.
My creative process:
Brand & audience review — I’ll study your existing visual identity, tone, target audience, and current Facebook presence.
Content strategy — I’ll develop content pillars and post concepts designed specifically for Facebook feed behaviour.
Creative production — I’ll create scroll-stopping graphics paired with concise, engaging copy that stays on-brand.
Content calendar — I’ll organize the posts into a simple publishing schedule so you know exactly what goes live and when.
Final delivery — Posts will be supplied as upload-ready PNG/PSD files alongside editable copy and content details.
Tools I prefer: Canva and Adobe Photoshop for graphics, Figma when needed for layouts, and Buffer/Meta Business Suite for content scheduling and organization.
For the first batch, I can provide a balanced mix such as:
Brand introduction/awareness posts
Educational or value-driven posts
Community/engagement posts
Product/service-focused awareness posts
Brand-story or personality-driven content
I can also provide 2–3 relevant examples of previous Facebook work upon request, including examples that demonstrate strong visual consistency and brand-awareness thinking.
Estimated timeline:
I can deliver the first batch of concepts and the accompanying content calendar within 3–5 business days after receiving the brand assets, Facebook page information, and any existing brand guidelines. Final revisions can then be completed based on your feedback.
I’m comfortable taking ownership from concept development through to final upload-ready assets, while keeping the creative direction aligned with your existing brand rather than reinventing it unnecessarily.
I’d be happy to start with the first Facebook batch and build a consistent system from there. If the collaboration is successful, I’d also be open to expanding the content strategy to Instagram and Twitter/X later.
Best regards,
