I need a Fabric-compatible solution that lets me place custom NPCs on my Minecraft server and give each of them fully interactive, branching dialogue. When a player right-clicks an NPC, I want three core features to work seamlessly:

• A dialogue tree where players choose from multiple options and receive different replies.
• Synchronized playback of my own recorded voice lines while the matching text appears on screen.
• Hooks that can start quests, grant rewards, run server commands, or trigger any other server-side action I configure at a given dialogue node.

Everything must run server-side under the current Fabric loader version without requiring players to install additional client mods. A lightweight client resource pack for the audio and any UI assets is fine.

Deliverables
1. A compiled Fabric mod (jar) ready to drop into the /mods folder.
2. Clear JSON or YAML config files that let me define each NPC’s skin, location, dialogue tree, voice file references, and command hooks.
3. Sample NPC demonstrating all three interaction features.
4. Brief setup guide covering dependency versions, resource-pack structure for the audio, and how to add more NPCs.
5. Source code so I can maintain or expand the project later.

Acceptance criteria
• Branching dialogue correctly follows the options I configure.
• Voice lines play in sync with on-screen text with no client desync.
• Quests, rewards, or commands fire exactly at the dialogue step specified.
• Works on a clean Fabric server install with no other mods.

If you have previous experience with Fabric NPC or dialogue systems in Java, let me know—otherwise the spec above should be enough to quote and schedule.
