I run a growing fabric company and I’m ready to take the entire business online. I need one experienced professional (or a tightly-knit team) who can handle the process from strategy to execution and then stay on to manage it.

Here’s what the project looks like from my side:

• Website – I don’t mind which platform you propose as long as it is fast, secure, mobile-friendly, and ready for e-commerce. I’ll lean on your advice for the best fit.
• Social media – Set up, brand, and manage Facebook and Instagram accounts. Regular content, community engagement, and clear growth targets are essential.
• Product-showcase videos – Short, eye-catching clips that spotlight our fabrics, textures, and color ranges. These will live on the site, social feeds, and in ads.
• Google Business Profile – Full optimisation so we appear properly in local search, Maps, and the Shopping tab.
• Lead generation & paid ads – Data-driven campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads that bring qualified traffic to the site and convert it into enquiries or sales.
• Ongoing management – Monthly reporting, optimisation, and new creative so everything keeps improving rather than drifting.

Acceptance criteria
1. Website live and functioning with test orders completed.
2. Facebook & Instagram pages populated with the first month of scheduled posts.
3. At least three high-quality product-showcase videos delivered and approved.
4. Google Business Profile verified and fully optimised.
5. First paid campaigns launched with tracking pixels firing correctly and initial results reported.

If you have a track record of launching retail brands online—especially in textiles or fashion—let’s discuss your approach, estimated timeline, and any previous success stories.
