FAA Part 107 Drone Pilots for the states: Iowa, Illinois and Wisconsin

I’m building a network of FAA Part 107-certified sUAS pilots who can step in as Pilot-in-Command for aerial photography assignments throughout Iowa, Illinois, and Wisconsin. Every mission centers on real-estate marketing, and I handle both residential and commercial listings, so you must be comfortable photographing anything from a downtown office block to a rural single-family home.

You’ll receive an address, a shot list, and any airspace or timing notes from me. Most jobs are daylight, VLOS operations and fall well within Class G, but familiarity with LAANC requests is important for the occasional controlled-airspace site. I ask that you carry your own liability insurance and fly a platform capable of delivering crisp, properly exposed stills (20 MP sensor or better) and smooth 4K video when requested.

Deliverables per property:
• 10-15 high-resolution edited stills
• 1-2 minutes of ungraded 4K video (optional, project-by-project)
• Basic location metadata and sign-off on flight logs

Turnaround is 24 hours for photos and 48 hours when video is included. Files can be transferred via Google Drive, Dropbox, or Frame.io—whatever keeps your workflow simple.
