Extract Transactions to Google Sheet

I have a batch of credit-card statements in PDF form and I need every credit and debit transferred into a single Google Spreadsheet. Besides the amount, I also require the following details captured for each line item:

• Transaction date
• Merchant name
• Transaction category

Please structure the file so that every transaction from every statement appears in one continuous sheet; no additional tabs or workbooks.

Accuracy is paramount—I will spot-check totals against the original PDFs. When you finish, simply share the Google Sheet with editing rights so I can verify the figures. If you rely on OCR, make sure the output is double-checked for typos before you hand it over.
