I have a batch of PDF files that contain clear, selectable text. All I need is for every piece of that text to be lifted out and placed into an Excel workbook—one text element per row. No translation, no need to recreate the original column structure, and no fancy formatting; just clean, accurate text in rows so I can work with it later.
You’ll receive the PDFs, and I expect back a single .xlsx file (or one per PDF if that’s easier for you) where the content is complete and error-free. Please double-check for missing characters, line breaks, or encoding glitches before delivering.
If you’re comfortable using tools such as Adobe Acrobat, Python (tabula-pdf / camelot), or any OCR utility when needed, that’s perfect, but the end result must be spotless text rows.
Once you send the finished Excel file and I verify the accuracy, we’re done—quick, straightforward, and within the stated budget.
