Extract PDF Images for Database

I have a collection of PDFs from which I only need the images pulled out. Every image must be copied, saved as a separate file, and any accompanying wording—just the plain, un-styled text that appears next to or below it—typed exactly as shown. Once extracted, both the image files and their text must be entered into my database so each record pairs the graphic with its caption.

You can use any reliable tools you prefer—Acrobat, Illustrator, even purpose-built extraction utilities—as long as the final outcome meets these points:

• Every image from every PDF page is preserved at its original resolution.
• Captions or labels are transcribed verbatim in plain text, free of extra line breaks or formatting.
• A simple spreadsheet (CSV) or direct import shows one row per image with columns for file name, caption text, source PDF, and page number.

I’ll provide the PDFs and database access; you return the populated file or perform the import directly. Accuracy is critical, so spot-check quality before handing it over.
