Extract Paper Procedures Spreadsheet

I have several paper documents filled with paragraph-style instructions and procedures that need to live in a searchable spreadsheet. The job is straightforward: read each paragraph exactly as it appears on the page and enter it, word-for-word, into the sheet I will share (Google Sheets or Excel, whichever you prefer).

Accuracy matters more than speed; any mis-typed word could change the meaning of a procedure. The layout on paper is simple—no tables or bullet lists—so you will be working linearly from top to bottom, one paragraph per row. Please keep original punctuation, capitalisation, and line breaks so I can later sort and reference them without reformatting.

Before we start, I’ll send you a short sample page. If the test row matches the original text perfectly, we’ll move straight to the full batch. The full set is roughly 300 paragraphs.

Deliverable
• A single spreadsheet with each paragraph placed in its own row, untouched except for your careful typing.
