Extract New Voters to Excel

Project Brief: Newly Added Voters Excel – Kaladhungi Vidhan Sabha 60

We have already prepared the complete booth-wise Excel sheets for the Electoral Roll.

Now, we need a separate Excel workbook containing only the newly added voters listed at the end of each booth’s Final Electoral Roll 2026 PDF.

Instructions

1. Open the Final Electoral Roll 2026 PDF for each booth.
2. Go directly to the last page of that booth’s electoral roll.
3. Identify the newly added voters listed at the end of the roll.
4. Extract only those newly added voters and enter their details into Excel.
5. The number of newly added voters may vary by booth—for example, 2, 4, 5, 10 or more.
6. Create a separate worksheet for each booth containing its newly added voters.
7. Maintain the same column format as our existing Excel sheets.
8. Enter all available details exactly as printed in the PDF. Do not omit any listed voter or enter the same voter twice.

Required Deliverable

One separate Excel workbook containing only the newly added voters from all booths of Kaladhungi Vidhan Sabha Constituency No. 60, with a separate worksheet for each booth and a summary of the number of newly added voters per booth.

Important: Do not recreate the complete electoral roll. Do not search for new names throughout the PDF or compare the entire roll with the old Excel. Simply extract the newly added voters shown at the end of each booth’s Final Electoral Roll 2026 PDF.

Please complete one booth as a sample for approval before proceeding with all remaining booths.
