Extract Names & Addresses to Excel

I’m supplying a set of digital text files that hold between 100 and 500 records. Each record contains a person’s full name followed by their mailing address. I need every one of these names and addresses lifted out of the text and placed into a well-structured Excel sheet.

Please separate the data into clear columns—first name, last name, street, city, state, and postcode—so it is immediately ready for filtering or mail-merge work. Consistency and accuracy are essential; I will cross-check the final sheet against the source files.

Deliverables
• One .xlsx file containing all 100-500 rows, fully formatted
• No blank or partial fields; spelling and capitalization preserved as in source
• A brief note outlining any ambiguities you found and how you resolved them
