Extract First Names from SMS

I have a collection of phone text messages that needs some fast, accurate data entry. The only piece of information I want taken from each message is the sender’s first name—no last names, phone numbers, or anything else.

Once you’ve pulled the first names, drop them into a simple Google Sheet or Excel file, one name per row. I’ll provide the messages in the format that’s easiest for you (screenshot bundle, TXT export, or CSV dump), and I’ll be available to clarify any edge cases as they come up.

I’m looking for clean spelling, consistent capitalization, and zero duplicates. When you finish, I’ll run a quick spot-check: every name captured, nothing extra included. If that passes, the job’s done.
