Extract Customer Data from PDFs

I have a batch of customer records locked away in PDF scans, and I need every single piece of information moved into a clean, searchable digital file. Each record should capture the full contact details—name, phone, email, physical address—along with any notes that appear on the page and the customer’s purchase history. Accuracy matters: I’ll be spot-checking entries to be sure the transcript matches the original scan.

You’re free to use your preferred tools (Excel, Google Sheets, or a CRM import template) so long as the final file is well-structured and easy for me to sort or filter. The PDFs contain a mix of typed and handwritten text, so solid experience with manual verification and light OCR cleanup will be valuable.

Deliverables:
• Completed spreadsheet or CSV containing every field spelled out above
• A brief log noting pages you found unclear or where handwriting was illegible
