Extract Contacts From Documents

I have a collection of digital documents that list names, phone numbers, email addresses, and mailing details. Your job is simple but must be handled with care: open each file, copy every piece of contact information exactly as written, and paste it into a single, well-formatted Word document that I will provide as a template.

Accuracy is everything here—spelling, punctuation, and line breaks need to match the source so the data can later be imported without cleanup. If you come across duplicates, flag them rather than deleting so I can decide what stays.

Deliverable
• One Word file containing all extracted contacts, arranged one entry per line and grouped by document section (I will share a short example layout).
