Export Logistics Document Preparation

I handle day-to-day logistics for our overseas orders and I now need a specialist who can take full ownership of the export documentation side. The immediate scope covers all three key papers—Commercial Invoice, Bill of Lading and Certificate of Origin—so that every shipment leaves with a clean, compliant file.

Here’s what I’m expecting: complete, ready-to-use templates tailored to our product line and trade lanes; step-by-step guidance on the data each document must carry; and a quick review loop after I populate the first live set to be sure we meet current customs and carrier requirements. Accuracy around Incoterms, HS codes and country-specific wording is crucial, as any mismatch stops cargo at the port.

Please be comfortable working with standard office formats (Excel or Word is fine), know the difference between ocean and air BL requirements, and be able to explain any field I’m unfamiliar with in plain language.
