Expo Assistant & Mobile Photographer

On 26 September I’ll be on the floor of a trade expo in Mumbai and need seamless, on-the-ground support. The role blends light executive assistance with informal photography:

• Throughout the day, stay at my side to help me navigate the venue, keep track of impromptu meetings, jot quick notes, and handle basic follow-ups so I can stay focused on conversations.
• Capture candid shots of visitors, exhibitors, and key moments using your own recent-generation smartphone. No bulky gear is required; the event calls for discreet, conversational images that feel natural rather than staged.
• By evening, transfer the full-resolution photos to me (AirDrop, Google Drive, or similar) and flag any standout images that might work for social posts or a short recap deck.

A clear speaking style in English and Hindi, punctual arrival at the venue, and the ability to move quickly between booths will make the day run smoothly. The only deliverable is a curated set of well-composed, high-quality mobile images delivered the same day, along with any notes you recorded.
