We are an IT services company looking for an experienced Email Marketing Consultant to guide our team in setting up an effective and scalable email marketing/cold outreach process.
We currently do not use any dedicated email marketing tools, so we need someone who can consult with us and recommend the right approach and tools based on our requirements.

2. Bulk email sending setup and best practices
3. Domain & email account setup
4. SPF, DKIM & DMARC
5. Email warm-up and deliverability
6. Email list verification/cleaning
7. Safe sending limits and scaling
8. Email campaign & follow-up strategy
9. Personalization and segmentation
10. Tracking replies, bounces and campaign performance
11. How our team should manage the complete process

We are not looking for someone to execute campaigns on a daily basis. We mainly need an experienced consultant who can audit our requirements, recommend the right tools/process, and guide our team on how to implement and scale it properly.

Ideal Candidate:
1. Experience in B2B cold email/email marketing
2. Strong knowledge of email deliverability
3. Experience with tools such as Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, Apollo, Brevo, Mailchimp, etc.
4. Practical experience setting up email outreach systems
