Project Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled website developer or professional development team to recreate six of our existing company websites. Our websites already have established designs, branding, content, and visual presentations.

Our primary requirement is to reproduce these websites with the same or better design quality, appearance, and functionality. We do not want basic templates, simplified designs, or lower-quality replacements.

Please examine these websites carefully before submitting your proposal.

Development Requirements
1. Accurate website reproduction. Recreate layouts, graphics, typography, colors, visual presentation, navigation, and applicable functionality. Deliver design quality equal to or better than the originals.
2. Professional improvements. Recommend enhancements to design, loading speed, navigation, responsiveness, and user experience without diminishing the current professional appearance.
3. Advanced front-end development. Demonstrate experience with responsive design, custom interfaces, animation, and interactive elements. React, Next.js, Vercel, or comparable technologies are preferred.
4. Functionality. Reproduce all agreed existing functions, including navigation, forms, and relevant interactive components. Any new backend systems or application functionality will be scoped separately.
5. Complete ownership. Transfer all completed source code, design assets, administrative access, and deployment configurations. We require full control of the websites without ongoing developer dependency.
