DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or HR professional to help us source and screen qualified candidates for freelance and professional roles.

The goal is to build a high-quality candidate pipeline and present qualified candidates for our review.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Understand the role requirements and candidate profile
- Source potential candidates through appropriate professional channels
- Review candidate profiles and resumes
- Conduct initial candidate outreach
- Ask agreed pre-screening questions
- Assess candidates against the requirements we provide
- Organize qualified candidates in a clear recruitment tracker
- Provide concise candidate summaries
- Coordinate initial interviews when requested
- Keep the recruitment pipeline organized and up to date
- Provide regular progress updates

CANDIDATE QUALITY IS IMPORTANT

We are not looking for a large quantity of unqualified applications.

The focus should be on identifying candidates who genuinely match the required skills, experience, availability, and other agreed criteria.
