Key Responsibilities:
• Trend & Content Research: Actively research and identify trending, viral podcast concepts and clips dominating the USA and other Tier-1 markets (No Indian podcast content).
• Curation & Clipping: Source high-potential hooks and segments from podcasts.
• Professional Editing: Edit and deliver 24 to 30 high-quality Reels/Shorts per month.
• Engagement Boosters: Add dynamic captions, sound effects (SFX), engaging B-rolls, and flawless transitions.

What We Are Looking For:
• Proven experience as a professional podcast clipper/editor (portfolio required).
• Strong understanding of Tier-1 audience psychology and what catches their attention.
• Ability to work with a tight budget without compromising on premium, professional quality.
• Prompt communication and consistency in monthly deliverables.

Budget:
