Expert Photo Restoration Needed

I have a set of cherished photographs that need professional digital restoration so they can look their best again. Each image may require a different mix of work—colour correction, scratch or dust removal, and resolution enhancement—so I’m counting on your expertise to recommend the right treatment for every file rather than applying a one-size-fits-all fix.
You’ll receive high-resolution scans (TIFF or JPEG) as soon as we start. Once restored, I’d like the final files delivered in two versions: a layered PSD or TIFF that preserves all adjustment layers for future tweaks, and a flattened, print-ready JPEG.
When you reply, please let me know:
• The software and plug-ins you typically use (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Topaz, Retouch4me).
• Turnaround time per image and for a small batch.
• Before/after samples from past restoration projects.
Accuracy, natural-looking results, and clear communication are the priorities. I’m happy to answer any questions about the original photos as we go, and I look forward to seeing these memories revived.
