We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketer to manage and optimise Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for our brands.

Responsibilities
Plan, execute and optimise Meta Ad campaigns
Manage campaigns for e-commerce, workshops and service-based lead generation
Handle audience research, retargeting and creative testing
Monitor and improve ROAS, CPL, CPA and conversions
Analyse performance and continuously optimise campaigns
Work with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives
Scale successful campaigns while maintaining efficiency
We’re Looking For
Proven hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager
Experience with e-commerce + service-based businesses
Strong understanding of Meta Pixel, conversion tracking and retargeting
Data-driven approach with a focus on actual sales and qualified leads, not vanity metrics
Ability to independently manage and optimise campaigns
