Expert Needed to Fix/Bypass Telegram Ads (Fragment) Wallet Connection Error ("Failed")

I am looking for a Telegram marketing and blockchain expert who has deep experience with the Telegram Ads Platform (via ://fragment.com).

I am currently trying to fund a small budget campaign but I am stuck in a persistent technical loop with the Fragment interface.

Here is my current situation:
- My identity (KYC) has been successfully verified on Fragment using Sumsub (Status: "Identity Verified").
- Every time I scan the TON Connect QR Code to link my wallet (tried with Tonkeeper, Keeper app, W5 / 24-word structures, and fresh addresses), Fragment automatically labels the wallet as "Failed" and triggers the error message: "You can't use this wallet."
- I have already tried clearing the cache, using incognito tabs, swapping from PC to mobile browser, and rotating IPs via 4G/5G, but the platform fingerprint/session remains blocked.
