Expert MIG/MAG & TIG Welder

I’m hiring an experienced welder who can handle both MIG/MAG (semi-automatic) and TIG processes with confidence. Most of the work revolves around structural-steel assemblies, so you’ll be joining plates, beams, and brackets that later become large frames and sub-components for our production line at STAS NV.

Day-to-day expectations
• Read and accurately interpret sheet-metal layout drawings to determine weld sequence, joint prep, and positioning.
• Fit, tack, and weld components, maintaining proper penetration and bead appearance.
• Inspect your own welds and perform minor rework when required, ensuring every joint meets our internal quality criteria.
• Keep your station clean, adhere strictly to safety protocols, and document completed work.

What success looks like
• Consistent, defect-free welds with minimal spatter and distortion.
• Zero lost time due to safety lapses.
• Drawings matched exactly—no dimensional surprises at assembly.
