Expert GST Tool Evaluation

I’m looking for seasoned Chartered Accountants or GST practitioners to put our cloud-based GST return and reconciliation platform through its paces. Please approach it exactly as you would your day-to-day work—import data, reconcile, file returns and generate reports—then tell me everything that feels wrong, slow or incomplete.

What I need you to scrutinise
• Return filing flows: GSTR-1, 3B, 9, and any other forms you routinely submit.
• Reconciliation engine: purchase vs sales, mismatches, credit notes, multi-GSTIN handling.
• Reporting suite: drill-downs, export formats, audit-ready views.

Focus areas for feedback
• Functionality errors that block or miscalculate.
• User-interface or workflow friction that slows you down.
• Performance lags when uploading, matching or generating PDFs.
• Suggestions for must-have features that would make you switch from your current software.

Deliverables
1. A concise bug & issue log (spreadsheet or our Jira board) with replication steps and screenshots.
2. A short usability review outlining missing features or improvements, prioritised by impact.
3. Optional: a 15-minute call to walk me through any critical findings.

Acceptance criteria: Issues must be reproducible, clearly documented, and tied to either return filing, reconciliation or reporting. Usability notes should include practical recommendations grounded in GST compliance workflows.
