Expert Google Ads Consultant Required

## Google Ads Consultant – Ongoing Hourly Support for our IT Agency

We are looking for an experienced **Google Ads consultant** to provide high-level support across multiple small local-service/trades accounts.

We already manage the day-to-day basics internally, including negative keywords, search terms and general campaign management.

### What we need help with

* Audit new and existing Google Ads accounts
* Identify and fix major campaign setup issues
* Ensure **phone call conversions are tracking and triggering correctly**
* Review conversion actions, tags and campaign goals
* Check bidding strategy, location targeting and campaign structure
* Diagnose campaigns that are eligible but not spending or generating leads correctly
* Help get new accounts running smoothly as quickly as possible
* Recommend improvements without unnecessarily rebuilding working campaigns
* Occasional review of Meta/Facebook Ads would also be useful

### Our Accounts

Most clients are local trades/service businesses such as:

* Roofing
* Landscaping
* Tree surgery
* Drainage
* Construction
* Home services

The main objective on most accounts is **phone call leads**, so strong experience with Google Ads call conversion tracking is essential.

### Working Arrangement

This is **ongoing hourly consultancy work**, not a full-time position.

We want someone we can bring in when:

* Launching a new account
* An account is not performing correctly
* Tracking needs checked
* We need a second opinion on campaign setup
* A technical Google Ads issue needs diagnosed

Likely several hours per month initially, with the potential for more work as we add accounts.

### Requirements

* Strong hands-on Google Search Ads experience
* Excellent understanding of phone call conversion tracking
* Google Tag / conversion tracking knowledge
* Experience with local lead-generation campaigns
* Able to quickly identify problems rather than spending hours producing reports
* **Excellent/native-level spoken English** as calls/screenshares will be required
* Comfortable working alongside our existing team rather than taking over the accounts

We are looking for someone practical, experienced and commercially minded who can **audit, diagnose and fix problems quickly**.
