Expert Dental Insurance Verification

I need an expert who can take full ownership of verifying dental benefits for my practice. Your day will revolve around placing courteous, professional phone calls to carriers during U.S. business hours, collecting the full benefit picture—frequencies, percentages, waiting periods, downgrades, and any hidden exclusions—and capturing every detail on my standard (and extensive) verification form.

Once the information is confirmed, you will enter it with zero transcription errors and, when required, adjust the coverage table inside our practice software so that treatment plans calculate correctly. If you have never edited a coverage table before, I’m happy to walk you through our template; efficiency and accuracy are what matter most.

Although experience with particular insurance companies isn’t mandatory, you must already understand the language of EOBs, CDT codes, maximums, and alternative benefits so you can navigate any carrier quickly.

Deliverables:
• Same-day completed insurance breakdowns for the list of patients provided.
• Coverage tables updated (or created) to reflect the verified benefits.
• Clear call notes—including reference number and representative name—for every verification.
