Expert DaVinci Resolve Video Editor Needed for Bulk Editing workflow - Growth Mindset

WHO WE ARE Two partners combining forces for this project: Day by Day Consulting, a growth consulting business based in Madrid specializing in paid media, systems and content strategy, and an audiovisual production company with professional filming capabilities. Together we are launching a jewelry brand whose core competitive advantage is the cinematic quality of its video content — footage shot on professional cameras across desert locations that most jewelry brands simply don't have access to.

WHAT WE NEED We're looking for a video editor to join us long-term. The role has two pillars:

Color grading in DaVinci Resolve: develop 2-3 base looks from Log footage (S-Log/C-Log). Tones are predominantly warm and desert-based. Once defined, they need to be replicable across a high volume of clips with minimal per-piece adjustment.
Bulk content editing: work from a structured workflow and master project with footage organized by location and camera type. You'll receive pre-selected inspo clip lists tied to specific concepts and deliver the main edit plus up to 10 variations per concept, alternating text overlays, color treatment, or clip selection at key cuts.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Advanced DaVinci Resolve (color grading is a must, not just cutting)
Experience with high-volume / bulk editing workflows
Strong eye for brand visual consistency across multiple pieces
Understanding of what makes content perform on social media (pacing, hooks, virality logic)
Bonus: experience with Higgsfield or AI video generation tools
Bonus: based in Madrid (fully remote works perfectly too)
HOW WE WORK You'll receive clear briefs with the concept, target format, and pre-selected clips from the master project. The workflow is systematic — you're not improvising from scratch, you're executing on an analyzed base. We communicate clearly, brief thoroughly, and value people who take ownership of their craft.

BUDGET We're working on a fixed price per month model. Range: $200-400 per month depending on complexity, with volume increasing as the workflow scales. We're open to discussing what works for you.

FIRST STEP A paid week test — you'll be onboarded on the full workflow for one week. If the reference to content clicks with our direction, we move to normal production. This is a growing project with real runway, not a one-off job.
