Expert Business Report Formatting

The content of my business proposal is finished; now it needs the visual polish that turns plain text into a document executives want to read. In Microsoft Word I need a clean, cohesive layout based on proper heading styles, consistent fonts, balanced spacing, and professional margins. Every table and chart already sits in the file—your job is to align them, add clear captions, and make sure they look sharp on screen and when printed. Page numbers must run automatically throughout, with section breaks handled correctly.

A branded cover page and an auto-generated Table of Contents should open the piece, and the entire file must remain fully editable for future updates. I work in Word 2016+, so please build with standard Word features rather than add-ins.
