I need a seasoned business analyst to dive into the education space and help me understand how our product truly fits the market. Your task is to collect and interpret data on current demand drivers, shifting learner expectations, pricing trends, regulatory factors, and emerging delivery models, then distill everything into a concise executive summary I can hand straight to my board.
In practical terms, that means:
• Framing the problem with proven techniques such as SWOT, PESTLE, and simple TAM/SAM/SOM sizing.
• Mining secondary sources (industry reports, government datasets, competitor publications) and, where feasible, light primary validation (quick expert interviews or survey snippets).
• Converting the numbers into clear insights and crisp visuals—simple tables, charts, or infographics created in Excel, Tableau, or similar—to spotlight what is working, where the gaps are, and which product features resonate most with today’s learners.
• Closing with two or three action-ready recommendations that speak directly to product-market fit.
The finished piece should run no more than three pages plus any supporting exhibits. A longer slide deck or full report could follow later if we decide to explore those options, but for now the executive summary is the only required deliverable.
