Expert 2D Interior Designer with Technical Detailing

Freelancer Interior Designer (2D & Technical Detailing) as per project

We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Interior Designer / 2D Interior Designer to join our team as freelancer

Looking for someone who is confident in **2D design, technical drawings, detailed working drawings.

Responsibilities:

* Prepare detailed **2D Interior Design Layouts**.
* Prepare **Furniture Layouts** and detailed space planning.
* Prepare **Sectional Drawings and Elevations**.
* Prepare detailed **False Ceiling Drawings** with levels and specifications.
* Prepare **Electrical Layouts** with proper electrical legends and point details.
* Prepare **MEP Drawings and coordination details**.
* Prepare **Plumbing Layouts and Plumbing Details**.
* Prepare **Civil / Architectural DWG drawings** and coordinate with site requirements.
* Prepare detailed **Kitchen Drawings**, including plan, elevation, sections and internal details.
* Prepare **Wardrobe, TV Unit, Furniture and other Interior Detail Drawings**.
* Prepare detailed **Joinery and Furniture Drawings** for execution.
* Prepare **Material and Finish Details** wherever required.
* Develop **working drawings and execution drawings** based on the finalized design.
* Coordinate drawings with **designers**.
* Understand site conditions and make necessary drawing revisions accordingly.
* Ensure all drawings are accurate, practical and **execution-ready**.
* Make revisions based on client/site requirements and maintain updated DWG files.
* Maintain proper drawing standards, layers, dimensions, annotations and documentation.

Required Skills:

* Strong knowledge of **AutoCAD / DWG**.
* Excellent understanding of **Interior 2D Drawings and Technical Detailing**.
* Good knowledge of **Sections, Elevations, False Ceiling, Electrical, Plumbing, MEP and Civil Drawings**.
* Strong understanding of **Kitchen and Furniture Detailing**.
* Good knowledge of materials, construction methods and interior execution.
* Ability to coordinate with designers, contractors, vendors and site teams if needed.
* Good attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Important:

We are specifically looking for a candidate who is **strong in technical interior drawings and detailing**.

If your expertise is mainly in **3D modelling/rendering** and you do not have strong experience in 2D working drawings and technical detailing, this position may not be suitable.
