I’m looking for a professional event photographer to document my upcoming wedding from the ceremony through to the last dance. I want someone who can move discreetly, anticipate the key moments, and produce a cohesive visual story that feels natural rather than staged.

What I need you to do
• Arrive early enough to capture venue and décor details, photograph the ceremony and reception, and stay through major highlights such as first dance, speeches, and cake-cutting.
• Work with available light where possible, supplementing with flash only when it won’t disturb the atmosphere.
• Deliver a curated set of high-resolution, fully edited images (colour-corrected, lightly retouched) ready for both web and print. RAW files are not essential unless you normally provide them.
• Provide an online gallery or similar delivery method so guests can view and download shots easily.

Criteria for choosing you
Your reply should focus on your experience with weddings or similar large-scale events. Point me toward a portfolio or gallery that shows complete wedding coverage—detail shots, candid moments, and posed family portraits. I’m less interested in lengthy proposals and more interested in seeing proven skill capturing real wedding days.

Preferred workflow & tools
If you already work in Lightroom, Capture One, or Photoshop, great—just mention it so I know you handle post-production yourself. Bringing your own full-frame body, fast lenses, and backup gear is expected.

Timeline
Wedding date, venue address, and schedule will be shared once we start talking, but plan on a full-day shoot with final photos delivered within four weeks of the event.

I’m excited to find a photographer who can let us relive our day exactly as it happens—show me how your experience will make that possible.
