Summary
We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded professional to identify high-quality rental and leasing opportunities for residential properties in London.
This is not a basic data-entry or lead-generation role. We are looking for someone who understands the UK property market and can identify, research and approach credible organisations that actively require accommodation.
The focus will include:
- Supported Living / C3(b) providers looking for suitable properties
- London councils and local authorities seeking accommodation or leasing opportunities
- Housing associations, charities and care providers with ongoing property requirements
- Corporate and institutional tenants looking for quality long-term accommodation
- Reputable guaranteed-rent operators and other strong professional tenants
The successful candidate should be able to identify the right decision-makers, understand their current property requirements and, where appropriate, make initial contact by phone, email or LinkedIn.
For each qualified opportunity, we would expect clear information including the organisation, decision-maker, contact details, areas required, property type, rental/lease requirements and recommended next step.
We are willing to pay a strong rate for the right person.
We are particularly interested in candidates with genuine experience in UK property, supported living, council housing procurement, leasing, business development or B2B property sourcing.
If you already have industry contacts, understand how councils/providers procure accommodation, or have successfully placed properties with institutional tenants, please explain this in your application.
This can develop into an ongoing, well-paid role for someone who delivers strong results.
