We are looking for Telecallers to join our Home Appliances Service team. The candidate will contact customers, explain our repair and maintenance services, understand their requirements, and schedule service appointments.
Responsibilities:
Make calls to existing and potential customers.
Explain refrigerator, washing machine, AC, TV, and microwave services.
Follow up with customers and confirm service appointments.
Maintain basic customer details and call records.
Coordinate with service technicians for customer visits.
Provide polite and professional customer support.
Skills Required:
Good communication skills.
Basic knowledge of Kannada/Hindi/English is an advantage.
Friendly and confident speaking ability.
Smartphone and basic internet knowledge.
