Experienced Social Media Advertising Specialist Needed

I need I am looking for a highly skilled Social Media Advertising and Marketing Specialist who has a proven ability to generate qualified leads across multiple social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.

This position is results-driven. I am not looking for someone who simply knows how to create ads—I need someone who understands how to build, test, optimize, and scale campaigns that consistently produce leads and customers.

The right candidate must be able to:

Develop and execute a comprehensive social media advertising strategy.
Create and manage lead-generation campaigns across multiple platforms.
Identify and target the right audiences.
Develop compelling ad concepts, offers, copy, and creative strategies.
Build or recommend effective funnels and landing pages.
Track CPL, conversions, ROAS, and other important performance metrics.
Test and optimize campaigns to continuously improve results.
Demonstrate real examples of previous campaigns and results.
REQUIRED ZOOM PRESENTATION

Qualified applicants must be willing to participate in a Zoom meeting where they will:

Present examples of campaigns they have personally managed.
Show measurable results from previous lead-generation campaigns.
Explain their approach to targeting, creative testing, optimization, and scaling.
Present a clear game plan for how they would approach our campaigns.
