I need an experienced Revit drafter to detail a reflected ceiling plan for a commercial office fit-out in Queensland. The Revit model will be provided. The plan must comply with NCC 2022.
The RCP should show:
Ceiling types: suspended spotted gum timber batten ceiling, suspended flush plasterboard ceiling, and suspended 1200 x 600 tiled ceiling
Lighting: recessed fluorescent luminaires, feature lighting, linear fluorescent luminaires and visual alarm lights
Electrical: smoke detectors, fire alarm detectors, thermal detectors, 90°, 180° and 360° motion sensors, and switching plates
Mechanical: 600 x 600 supply and return air diffusers
Fire: evacuation lights, sprinklers, exit signs and directional exit signs
General: ceiling heights and access panels
