About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Remote Airbnb Property Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day property operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and optimize listing performance across various short-term rental platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily listing operations, calendar syncing, and guest inquiries.
Optimize room rates and dynamic pricing to maximize occupancy and revenue.
Coordinate cleaning schedules and property maintenance between guest stays.
Maintain listing standards and assist in onboarding new properties.
Requirements:
Proven experience managing or co-hosting Airbnb properties.
Active Airbnb account (as guest or host).
Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Travelnest or similar tools.
Strong knowledge of short-term rental industry best practices.
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
Location Requirement:
Candidates must be located in one of the following countries/regions:
Europe: Austria, France, Greece, Italy, Spain, Switzerland
North America: Canada, Mexico, United States
Caribbean: Barbados, St. Barths, Turks and Caicos
Central America: Costa Rica
